Ingredients
Instructions
Cut the turkey fillet into thin strips, about 1 cm wide. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
Dice the tomatoes, bell pepper, zucchini, and onion into small cubes. Mince the garlic cloves.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the turkey strips and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil. Sauté the onions and garlic for 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the bell pepper and zucchini to the pan. Cook for 5-6 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
Stir in the diced tomatoes and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender and the mixture has thickened slightly.
Return the cooked turkey strips to the pan. Stir everything together and cook for 2 more minutes to heat through.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
