Ingredients
Instructions
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once boiling, reduce heat to maintain a gentle simmer and cook for 9 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
While eggs cook, wash radishes thoroughly. Slice radishes into thin rounds.
Prepare an ice bath by filling a bowl with cold water and ice cubes.
When eggs are done, transfer them immediately to the ice bath using a slotted spoon.
Let eggs cool in ice bath for at least 5 minutes to stop cooking and make peeling easier.
Gently tap eggs on a hard surface and peel under running water to remove shells.
Slice peeled eggs in half lengthwise and arrange on a serving plate.
Arrange sliced radishes around the eggs on the plate.
Place a dollop of mustard (about 1/2 teaspoon per serving) next to the eggs.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper before serving.
