Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, mix the oat bran, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, honey, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in the blueberries.
Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
