Base analysis

The dashboard consists of a couple of areas:

  • Summary: That reflects the most important conclusions of the base analysis and the different types of recommendations.
  • Base analysis: That is divided into Bacterial health (with the Bacteria score, the Bacteria diversity, and the Bacteria ratio), Bacterial insights (with the Bacteria levels and the Bacteria functions), and Human connections (with the Focus areas).
  • Recommendations: That depends on the different types of recommendations you have added to the base analysis.
  • Reports: That is divided into the Results PDF and, if applicable, the Recommendations PDF. The PDFs include all important data, relevant visuals, and comprehensive explanations.

Nutrition advice

Our experts provide you with nutritional recommendations based on your analysis and survey. It tells you which foods to increase and decrease (with their corresponding portion size) to nourish your bacteria functions. You will also see a:

  • Intolerance tag: That signals a potential adverse reaction.
  • Impact score: That reflects each food’s effect on your unique gut microbiome.

In addition, you can filter on a focus area if you want to view which foods to increase or decrease to support longevity.

Food diary advice

Our experts provide you with dietary adjustments based on your food diary (the food items you eat and drink during the three days prior of taking a stool sample). It tells you which targeted tips and swaps to apply to make more gut-friendly choices. You will also see:

  • Meal types (e.g., breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and drinks): That improve your current diet and optimize your gut microbiome.

In addition, you can open the Recommendations PDF if you want to view a clear row-by-row overview per eating moment.

Supplement advice

Our experts provide you with pre- and probiotic suggestions based on your analysis and survey. It tells you which probiotic strains and prebiotic foods or compounds to include (with their corresponding health goal) to target your specific needs. You will also see (a):

  • Evidence level (e.g., level A, B, C, and D): That describes how confidently we can say the probiotic strains might work.
  • Guidelines & considerations: That give insights into the dosage and side effects of the prebiotic foods or compounds.

In addition, for some probiotic suggestions, you can view and buy actual products if you want to test their effectiveness.

Recipe advice

Our partner Noory provides you with daily menus based on our nutrition advice. The platform generates meal plans based on your foods to increase and decrease so that you can easily follow the recommendations. You will also see:

  • Nutritional targets (e.g., carbohydrates, fats, and proteins): That helps meet your calorie intake on the basis of your personal parameters.
  • Ingredients & instructions: That display which products to use and how to prepare them.

In addition, you can generate new recipes, save favourite dishes, and filter on preparation time, difficulty level, dish type, etc., if you want to get more inspiration.
