STEP 1: Connect your personal code to a user.

Log in via the website and go to 'Dashboard'.
Click on 'Add new user', fill in the details, and go to 'Submit'.
Enter your personal code (for example: IB-A-0001) and click on 'Add kit'.

Note: You can find your personal code on the front of the box, the back of the envelope, and the side of the tube.

STEP 2: Fill in the food diary.

Go to ‘Fill in’ under Food diary.
Click on ‘Add item’, fill in the products with corresponding quantities/units, and go to 'Add item’.
Do this for all meal times and days.
Submit the food diary by clicking on ‘Submit food diary’.

Note: You can make adjustments to the food diary by going to ‘View’ and ‘Reopen’, but do not forget to close the food diary again afterwards.

STEP 3: Fill in the survey.

Go to ‘Fill in’ under Survey.
Fill in the answers with corresponding comments, and go to ‘Previous’ or ‘Next’.
Do this for all questions.
Submit the survey by clicking on ‘Submit survey’.

Note: You can make adjustments to the survey by going to 'View' and ‘Reopen’, but do not forget to close the survey again afterwards.

STEP 4: Take a stool sample.

Have the necessary materials ready.
Take a stool sample and place it in the provided tube.
Post the return envelope free of charge in the nearest postbox.

STEP 5: View the results.

Our laboratory will analyse a stool sample within 4 weeks after arrival. On both occassions, you will get a notification via email.
Go to ‘View’ under Dashboard.
Click on each item for more information.

Note: You need to connect your personal code to your user and complete the food diary and survey before being able to check your results. You can find more information on viewing the dashboard by clicking on 'View the Dashboard' below.
